Sunday School Art (by Naomi Friend)

In 2012-13 I co-taught a pair of adult Sunday school classes on the Minor Prophets and the Parables of Jesus. My co-teacher Naomi Friend drew a drawing during each class that illustrated our topic. Each of these posts features one of her drawings. For the Parables of Jesus class, we also looked at other parable art and sang parable-related songs. Each of the post for that class includes links to art and song suggestions. I updated several of the parable posts after revisiting the material for my 2017-2018 high school Sunday school class on Jesus in the Gospels. I still need to add four more posts: The Parable of the Talents, The Wicked Tenants/The Great Banquet, The Friend at 3 a.m., and The Wicked Tenants/The Great Banquet.
